FYI was established in 2008 as a result of many years' experience on the Polish real estate market. It was founded by Rafał Renduda and Łukasz Wysocki. In 2009 FYI team was joined by Szymon Kościuszko. Our idea of business is to attach special importance and adopt individual approach to every job.

About Us

 

FYI was established in 2008 as a result of many year’s experience on the Polish real estate market. Initially, the company provided professional consultancy services for developer companies in the housing segment of the market. Today FYI owns the following brands: FYI RE Independent Consultants – real estate consultants, FYI Real Estate – a professional real estate agency involved mainly in trading land and flats in the primary and secondary market, and FYI Commercial Consulting – office space, commercial space and warehouse space consultants.

Founders of the company are Rafał Renduda and Łukasz Wysocki.

 

Rafał Renduda
Rafał Renduda has been involved in the property market since 2002. His professional career started with Kraków office of employment agency Work Service Sp. z o.o. In May 2002 he started his one-year practice at Tryjański Real Estate Agency acquiring his skills as an real estate agent. In the years 2003-2006, Renduda worked as an already licensed real estate agent for international real estate agency Ober-Haus, where he was responsible for performing organizational tasks as well as presenting and selling real estate to customers. Apart from that, the scope of his responsibilities included making analyses and drawing up property market reports. At that time Renduda had already organized, conducted and realized a few dozens of trade deals. The years 2006-2008 marked a significant development of his career in the company, as he became Vice Team Manager at the analysis and developer’s projects department. There he was responsible for supervising and revision of successive stages of development projects and sale processes, assisting and providing necessary advice to designers and advertisement agencies for investment programmes as well as cooperation with the press in all issues concerned with the real estate market. Rafał Renduda was also personally responsible for developing and selling several projects across Poland.

Rafał Renduda graduated from Warsaw-based Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami (Real Estate Management College) and Akademia Ekonomiczna (University of Economics) in Kraków, where he specialized in the economics of real estate and investment process. He has acquired good communication skills in English and German languages. In 2003 Rafał Renduda became a licensed real estate agent (license no. 3929)

 

Łukasz Wysocki
Łukasz Wysocki made his first steps at the Development Investment Department at Sobiesław Zasada Ltd., where he was responsible for running residential real estate office in 2004. In the years 2004-2006 he worked for international real estate agency Ober-Haus. He was responsible for customer care, finding commercial areas, making analyses of real estate market as well as preparing reports and analyses for foreign investors. In March 2006 he bacame Team Manager at the analysis and developer’s projects department at Ober-Haus-Kraków. There he was responsible for coordination and supervising the team work, but also for making available for sale and selling development projects all over Poland. His position required supervising successive stages of sale processes as well as assisting and providing necessary advice to designers and advertisement agencies for investment programs.

 

Szymon Kościuszko
In 2003, soon after graduating from the University of Economics in Kraków as a Real Estate and Investment Specialist, he started working as an Agent’s Assistant at Północ Estate Agency.
In September 2005 he acquired a real estate agent’s license (no 5120) and was appointed to Director’s position at one of the company’s branches in Kraków.
Between 2006 and 2008, as a Development Director, he was setting up a network of estate agencies in, among others: Zakopane, Wrocław, Katowice and Rzeszów. Following Północ Nieruchomości partnership stock exchange debut, he was appointed the company’s General Director.
Meanwhile, as a President of the Prospector sp. z o. o. [limited liability partnership] in Legnica, he was also managing tenants associations.
In 2008 he joined Globe Trade Centre, one of the biggest developers in Central and Eastern Europe. Working as its Regional Director, he was responsible for selling residential investments, as well as commercializing office buildings in Kraków, Katowice and Wrocław.
Szymon Kościuszko speaks fluent English and communicative German.
